In the bustling city of New York, back in 2006, I found myself working at the renowned TAO Asian Bistro. Little did I know that my journey as The Cocktail Chemist was about to begin. It all started with a nickname, a tagline given to me by a friend. But that simple moniker sparked something inside me and grew into so much more.
About five years ago, the concept of creating canned cocktails started to crystallize in my mind. I envisioned a line of premium craft cocktails that could be enjoyed anytime, anywhere, without compromising on quality or taste.
